The area planted with olive trees is about 2,000 square meters, with the planting of young olive trees dating back to 1995. The grove has about 100 olive trees of the varieties typical of the area, including Moraiolo, Leccino and Frantoio, which give an olive oil of excellent quality, thanks to the expert supervision of Rosario Loiacono.

The olives are harvested strictly by hand, one by one: in this way the olive berries are ready to be taken straight for pressing. The result is a precious distillate with a beautiful green colour and golden hues, whose fruity and fresh taste is enriched with personality thanks to a spicy aftertaste, typical of freshly pressed olives.
